Wow! 15 months ago I was thrown a loop on how we were going to move forward with our phone support for CourtMoney/UtiliPay. It was a very stressful time to try to find a solution that would be our forward facing support to our customers. Then a simple conversation with Brian Samson on how things were going, both personal and professionally changed both of our trajectories.
