Our story
In 2015, Plugg’s founder Brian Samson relocated from San Francisco to Buenos Aires, scaling a FinTech startup to over 85 team members in Argentina. The company built a software development team and all the supporting functions in Buenos Aires, and it opened up his eyes to the value of this untapped local labor force.
In subsequent years, Plugg added Ruben Santana a 30-year staffing executive, who had lived & worked in Monterrey, MX as an Ex-Pat, running a large & successful nearshoring operation.
Between Mexico, Argentina, and dozens of other LATAM countries; Plugg has placed hundreds of talented candidates with growing U.S. companies. Plugg has the payroll infrastructure, leadership, and recruiting capabilities to transform companies through labor arbitrage.
