Plugg was approached by a fast growing health-tech company with several salesforce teams in The Phillippines. The client was frustrated with the lack of timezone overlap and the value they were receiving. Plugg advised that they consider Mexico due to the proximity and ease of providing hardware to meet the complex IT  and health care requirements. 

Within 2 weeks Plugg found a top salesforce leader to oversee the first team, and successfully built the first pod in Mexico. In subsequent months, Plugg followed this playbook of hiring a senior leader and several developers underneath, while ensuring hardware and timezone were optimized. Within several months Plugg had built 4 high performing salesforce pods with low attrition and an enthusiastic workforce.
