The Challenge: Plugg Technologies supported a staffing company serving six U.S.-based clients as a delivery partner, including a prominent healthcare provider offering patient solutions. The end client had multiple project teams based in Manila, Philippines, but faced challenges with time zone alignment and high attrition rates. They expressed interest in exploring a nearshore solution, specifically in Mexico.
The Solution: We began by identifying team requirements for Front-end Development, Salesforce Development, and Quality Assurance (QA). These teams included Team Leads, Mid-level, and Junior resources. Plugg Technologies successfully established these teams in Mexico, leveraging highly skilled local talent.
Results: To date, we have implemented four Salesforce teams, one Front-end team, and a large QA team. Additionally, we have added a Network Ops Center (NOC) Manager and a small Business Analysis (BA) team.
